In-house Talent Partner - 3 month contract
What’s the role?
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is excited at the thought of searching the globe to help us build a world-class tech team. You’ll be passionate about sourcing the right person and culture fit for our roles here at Tide.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process for technology teams, for London and Sofia with a focus KYC, Customer Service, Marketing, Design, Finance and Product roles. Your day will never look the same, so a high level of autonomy and structure needs to be owned by you!
We’ll expect you to be creative in your approach for sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, help improve our processes to attract the best people for Tide. You’ll also conduct interviews, build partnerships with hiring managers, help promote initiatives and anything else you feel will help us attract top talent and support the team's growth – the world will be your oyster!.

Who are we looking for?
- strong background in digital recruitment is essential. Ideally having recruited in the London market for all things non-tech
- Have both agency and/or in-house recruitment experience
- You'll know the digital space and well - you'll know where to look for the right talent
- A preference to work in an autonomous, grown-up environment. No micro-managers here!
